went out yesterday with the old ones, legs are kiling me, 25mph on the A49, yes the old ones did not follow me.

new year
after doing the strava 500, yesterday i spent all day washing cycling cloths, today it back on the bike, legs are still hurting after new years eves ride, today i will be going out with the old cyclists, hope they will be out,
